David Toogood FRICS is a highly experienced Chartered Surveyor and property consultant with more than 45 years of professional experience across the residential and commercial property sectors.
Having qualified in 1977, David has built a distinguished career providing clear, independent and practical advice to private clients, solicitors, lenders, investors, companies and fellow property professionals. His work combines detailed technical knowledge with sound commercial judgement, helping clients make informed decisions in matters involving significant financial or legal implications.
David’s surveying experience includes RICS Level 2 Home Surveys, RICS Level 3 Building Surveys, commercial building inspections, schedules of condition, dilapidations assessments and expert witness reports. He has inspected a wide range of properties, from period London houses and apartments to commercial premises and more complex buildings.
